How We Vet and Train Every GloboHive Professional Before They Join Your Team
Trust Starts With Transparency
When you bring someone into your business — access to your tools, your customers, your daily operations — you deserve to know exactly how they were selected and prepared. Most outsourcing providers treat their process as a black box. We think that is backwards.
This is the complete process every GloboHive professional goes through before they ever appear in a client's business.
Stage 1: Selection — Fewer Than 1 in 10 Make It Through
- Identity and background verification: Every applicant is identity-verified with documentation checked before any assessment begins.
- English proficiency assessment: Written and spoken English is tested against a business-communication standard, not a box-ticking exercise.
- Role-specific skills testing: Sales candidates run live mock calls. Accounting candidates complete practical bookkeeping exercises. IT candidates complete technical assessments. Nobody passes on a CV alone.
- Reference checks: Previous employers are contacted directly. Many of our professionals bring experience from major global companies — experience they carry into your business.
Stage 2: Role Training Before Placement
This is the core difference between GloboHive and a recruitment agency or freelance marketplace: our professionals are trained before you pay for them, not on your time.
Each of our five specialisms — lead generation, sales, operations, IT, and accounting — has a structured training programme covering the tools, workflows, and standards Western businesses expect. A lead generation specialist arrives already fluent in prospecting workflows and CRM hygiene. An accounting professional arrives already working to UK reporting conventions.
Stage 3: The 7-Day Induction Inside Your Business
Training makes someone competent. Induction makes them yours. In the first 7 days after placement, every team member completes a structured integration:
- Set up in your tools with access levels you approve
- Briefed on your products, customers, tone of voice, and priorities
- Working cadence agreed — meetings, reporting, and availability aligned to your time zone needs
- First deliverables completed and reviewed within the week
By day 7, they are not "an outsourced resource". They are a functioning member of your team.
Stage 4: Ongoing Accountability
Vetting does not stop at placement. Every engagement is covered by our 360-degree contracts — comprehensive agreements on every team member covering confidentiality, performance standards, and continuity. If anything is ever not working, we fix it, including replacing the team member. That accountability sits with us permanently, not with you.
Why We Publish This
Businesses trust what they can inspect. Companies including O2, Diageo, IHG Hotels & Resorts, Oracle, Tesla, Revolut, and Target have professionals placed through this exact process — and it is the same process whether you are a global enterprise or hiring your first team member from £650 per month.
